"I began the lactation course in 2019 through the University of Witwatersrand. The course taught me the latest trends of breastfeeding. It has also given me more confidence in assisting new mothers with breastfeeding.
Through me doing this course La Verna Hospital has now been established as a breastfeeding friendly hospital. Through the different platforms used during studying it broadened my horizons and I was able to relate this information learned, to my staff." - Johanna
