Lizelle is a qualified dietitian and SACLC. ⁠Breastfeeding can be such a rewarding journey, but it does not always happen without challenges. It's important for moms to know that they're not alone and there is always someone to help them. My goal is to help families establish feeding practices during childhood that will foster healthy eating behaviour later in life. Every mother and baby’s journey looks different and I can assist with all things nutrition: from pregnancy to breastfeeding or formula feeding to weaning onto solid foods. ⁠

Carla is a physio working in the private sector. She is also a South African Certified Lactation Consultant (SACLC).

She is a registered dietician and Registered Dietitian and SACLC. Her skills as a dietician also gives her a chance to help the mother and baby to reach their feeding and health goals.
